Help me get out of debt!

During the recent worldwide banking and financial crisis there was much talk of credit's being the lifeblood of the economies of developed countries.

Credit. Someone lends, someone borrows. Everyone uses credit. Retail businesses use credit to acquire inventory to sell. Suppliers deliver goods, the merchant signs for them, agreeing to pay in 30 days. The supplier gets a bank loan to finance their accounts receivable.

Individuals get credit cards that let them buy various things now and pay for them all at once at the end of the month. But sometimes credit card holders get seduced by the easy credit. Want something? Don't have the cash? No problem, just put it on the credit card!

It goes out so easy, and life is good...

Then comes the bill at the end of the month! Ugh! Maybe you got a bit carried away and bought more than you could pay for. Well, you can always make the minimum payment and pay it Next Month...

One thing leads to another and you can find yourself struggling under a mountain of debt! Many do.

They find themselves mired down in debt, maxing out credit cards and using one to pay off another.
