A few years ago I had inspiration that becoming a personal trainer would be a great way to make funds. I decided that getting a personal trainer certification online would be the perfect way - simple, work on my own schedule, and so on. The only predicament? I purchased my first aerobics DVD three years ago, and haven't used it ever since. I don't remember what it was named - I have since lost it somewhere in the back recesses of my house, and have not seen it in several weeks, but I do remember some things about it. It was brilliant pink, and had some grinning guy in spandex and big curls on the cover, telling you to lose weight. I thought that the cardiovascular DVD would motivate me to get my rear in shape, however it was not to be. Instead, my new aerobic video just decided to sit in the corner, accumulating dust while I sat on the couch, growing fatter and less in shape.

My next exercises video was a step calisthenics video, nevertheless it fared no better. I think I did try that precise cardio disc a couple of times, but it was no use. I merely felt so absurd sitting there at home, undulating along with a workshop on film who weren't even in the room with me, pretending that I was doing something that was not wholly preposterous. I just couldn't make it a part of my custom. I had at first scheduled to begin every day with the aerobic video and a shower, but when I would rise out of bed in the morning, it was the last thing that I wished to do.

I have had three of 4 aerobic videos since then and, to be straightforward with you, none of them have done the trick whatsoever. Nothing really happened to get me totally fit from watching the cardiovascular video. Ultimately, I had to do what I had been dreading all along; I had to join gymnasium. When I began to get my work out from exercises lessons and not an aerobic dvd, it abruptly transformed into so much easier to stick with the program. The lessons got me out of my house, and the people in them were so motivating, that I just could not help myself. Practically instantaneously, I was hooked on taking exercise classes to get in shape. It was like you could not get me away from them. Meanwhile, every aerobic video I have ever had quietly gathers dust in the house of a newer, fitter me.
